When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

How long will it take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International orders may take 7–21 business days. Please note that all shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. ARACH is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control. ARACH is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. If an issue occurs during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
